Product Use Statement
Welcome to ShapeHouse Studio! Our custom laser design files are crafted to inspire your creativity. Below are the guidelines for using our products effectively and responsibly.

Product License
When you purchase digital files from ShapeHouse Studio, you are granted a license for personal and limited commercial use. You may create and sell up to 100 physical products per design, including finished products, DIY kits, and paint party items, sold directly to customers. Wood blanks may be included as part of a complete kit.

If you plan to produce more than 100 units or require a license for mass-producing wood blanks, please contact us to discuss additional licensing.

Terms of Use
  • Personal Use: Enjoy unlimited personal projects and creations using our designs.
  • Limited Commercial Use: You may sell up to 100 handmade items per design. However, resale or distribution of the digital files is strictly prohibited.
  • Etsy Restriction: Finished products made using our files may not be sold on Etsy, even within the 100-product limit.
Usage Terms
  • All files are digital; no physical products will be shipped.
  • All sales are final; digital files are non-refundable.
  • You may create and sell physical products made from our designs, provided they follow the licensing terms above.
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the digital files or any part of them is not allowed.

Restrictions
To protect our original artwork and maintain the integrity of our brand:
  • File Sharing & Resale: You may not share, distribute, or resell our digital files or any portion of them.
  • Design Alterations: Rearranging, removing parts, tracing, or modifying designs is not permitted.
  • Original Credit: Do not claim our designs as your own. They may not be used in logos, branding, or digital product offerings.
  • Marketing Materials: You may not use ShapeHouse Studio photos to advertise your products or present them as your own.
  • Etsy Restriction: You are not permitted to sell finished products, kits, or DIY items made from our files on Etsy.
  • Non-Compete Clause: You may not sell any products made from our files at in-person markets or events where ShapeHouse Studio is a vendor.
  • Mass Production: Large-scale production or manufacturing requires a separate commercial agreement.
  • File Modification Restriction: You may not combine, modify, or repurpose our files to create derivative works for sale.
  • No Redistribution: Files may not be shared via email, file-sharing platforms, storage devices, social media, or with friends and family.
  • Image Use: Products made using our files may not be used as props or visual assets in your marketing, advertising, or listings to promote unrelated products.
